Early registration deadline is 17^th of April, 2023. Your registration will be considered complete upon receipt of confirmation of payment to the registration office along with the filled out a Registration form. 

At least one author for every accepted paper is required to register by 24^th of April, 2023 and take part in the conference for papers to be published. The accepted papers will be published in the 2023 and 2024 years issues of the periodical research  journal "ELEKTRONIKA IR ELEKTROTECHNIKA" (ISSN 1392-1215) or in the IEEE Conference Proceedings (ISBN 979-8-3503-2255-2). The proceedings of the conference will be submitted for inclusion in the online IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. The journal materials are abstracted and indexed in:

• All fees shown are exclusive of Lithuanian VAT*.
• The registered author may include one additional paper (authored by him/her) of 4-6 pages at an extra charge of 90 EUR (VAT excluded) in the IEEE Conference Proceedings. The additional paper must be presented by the registered author.
• If two or more authors of the same paper attend the conference, each of them must pay his/her respective registration fee in full.
• The author's name may appear not more than in two different papers accepted for publication in the research journal of "ELEKTRONIKA IR ELEKTROTECHNIKA".
• The hard copy or copies of the issue of the research journal of "ELEKTRONIKA IR ELEKTROTECHNIKA" 100 EUR (VAT excluded) for each one (once the paper will be published in the issue, we will send the hard copy or copies of this one to the postal address given in the Registration form).
• The registration fee transfer should be done as early as possible, but by 24^th of April, 2023, at the latest.

• Please complete the Registration form if Proforma invoice or invoice is needed prior 3 days before the particular deadline approaches.
• The registration fee must be received by bank transfer not later than 3 days after the particular deadline approaches.
  
• Student fee applies for full time student aged 33 or under. Student must upload the valid Student ID (JPEG or PDF) as a supplementary file to web-site to qualify for student rates (see instructions How to upload Suppl files). Student registration will not be confirmed until a valid copy of Student ID is uploaded.
• Company employee even if he/she is a student cannot be considered as Student participant.
• Please add an amount of 15 EUR for unforeseen bank charges, if you pay from:
  • Non-EU country (link), or 
  • Candidate country (link), or 
  • Potencial country (link).

*VAT on fees – important information

• Please note that participants representing an organization or company from a country outside of Lithuania are NOT required to pay Lithuanian VAT on the conference registration fee if the payment is done directly from the organization or company acoount to the Kaunas University of Technology account.
• All participants from Lithuania and international private persons-participants are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (21 %). Private persons aren't required to enter VAT number.

• If you are from a country outside of the EU – you can register without a VAT number.
• If you are from the EU country: a valid VAT number is a mandatory, otherwise, VAT will be added to your registration fee. It is important that your number is stated exactly according to the EU standards.

Payment method

Payment is possible by bank transfer. Registration fee should be transferred to the Conference bank account. The bank information of the Conference ELECTRONICS 2023 is the following:

ALL bank charges are the sender's responsibility.  This means paying the charges at the sender's and receiver's end.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation received before 1^st of May, 2023 is entitled to the reimbursement of the amount paid after deduction of 150 EUR (VAT excluded) for administrative fee. No reimbursement will be granted after this date.
