Information for Authors

General Specifications

Authors should submit originally written, previously unpublished work along with the Author's guarantee form to ELECTRONICS 2024. 

Conference contributions will be reviewed by two independent referees.

The accepted papers will be published in the 2024 and 2025 years issues of the periodical research journal "ELEKTRONIKA IR ELEKTROTECHNIKA" (ISSN 1392-1215) or in the IEEE Conference Proceedings. The journal materials are abstracted and indexed in:

  1. Clarivate Analytics Web of Science (formerly Thomson Reuters (ISI) Web of Knowledge) Citation Databases (https://clarivate.com/):
    • Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE);
    • Journal Citation Reports (JCR); IF – 1.3 (2022).
  2. Scopus (https://www.scopus.com/):
    • SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) – 0.32 (2022).
  3. DOAJ – Directory of Open Access Journals (http://www.doaj.org/).
  4. INSPEC (https://www.theiet.org/publishing/inspec/).
  5. EBSCO Publishing (https://www.ebsco.com/).

Accepted for publication manuscript should be revised in accordance with remarks, otherwise reasonable explanation of ignoring some remark to correct his manuscript should be presented. After the review, revised articles should be submitted through web-site along with detailed response (a separate file) in written for the reviewers concerning the performed corrections. Corrections must be provided in other text color.

If your revised paper is accepted, you will be required to upload on the web-site:

  1. Your final paper (by the Final Papers Submission Deadlines), 
  2. Corrections list (a supplementary file), 
  3. Compressed graphic files (a supplementary file), 
  4. The payment copy (a supplementary file).

Registration fee must be paid and the payment copy must be provided by 7th August, 2024) for each publication to be approved. Please complete the Registration form if Proforma invoice or invoice is needed. 

Each accepted publication must be presented at the conference by one of the authors in case papers to be published. The accepted papers must be formatted according to the Instructions for Authors.

 

Note: Before you begin the submission process be sure your paper is formatted according to the Instructions for Authors Your paper will be rejected if it is not compliant with the conference format style.

Key Warnings to Authors (please read)

DO NOT USE password protection in submitted contributions.
Make sure not to include headers and footers in your contribution. Especially, make sure it is not page numbered.

DO NOT USE national characters or two-byte characters within the title, abstract, nor in the author information subtitles of your contribution (to facilitate indexing and searching using international character set).
